Roger Morton, of Golfer Today, was a professional golfer for 23 years. His career took him from Walsall Golf Club to Hamburg, Cologne, Pontypridd and finally to Shifnal Golf Club. In 1984 he set up a workshop and showroom to concentrate on modern professional club making and also working with antique golf clubs.

Over the years thousands of golfers including many tour stars, both male and female, have used his services for custom golf clubs or to have clubs altered or repaired. He is also an expert restorer and valuer of antique golf clubs.

Golfer Today's Roger Morton has appeared on the Golf Auction Channel, given talks on the radio and is currently golf consultant to a major golfing memorabilia auction house and internet golf auction company.
