It has a long history yet is governed by modern technology. You must be willing to learn and practise to improve then have mental strength in adversity. You will enjoy and hate it in the same round. You will feel exhilarated upon finding the “secret” and then despair when loosing it days later. These together with a whole host of other facets make golf such an appealing game.
