Fully air-conditioned, the apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a very
generous lounge, a fully furnished kitchen and laundry room, all beautifully
maintained.
If you decide to visit this part of the Costa del Sol, an easy one-hour drive
from Malaga airport, to play golf or simply to enjoy a holiday with your family,
this apartment in Marina de la Duquesa is highly recommended.
The apartment is very central to all the courses listed. La Duquesa golf course
is on the doorstep in fact you could walk to the course. La Finca Cortesin barely
10 minutes away and the others no more than 20 minutes away. It is brilliantly
central to all of these great courses and with as many as 40 courses within a
one-hour drive there is a huge choice on offer for the golfer.

This second floor apartment has a sizeable private balcony furnished with table
and chairs for “al fresco” dining and two comfortable recliners on

golf. The balcony overlooks one of the several pools incorporated within this
gated complex and use of all pools and the many sun beds dotted around the well-kept
lawns and poolside are included in the rental price
The rental also includes secure underground car parking with a bay reserved for
the apartment, so there will be no searching for a parking place during busy
times.
It is superbly located with just a minute’s walk to the beautiful port
of La Duquesa and its attractive Marina and Promenade. Here there are shops,
bars and many restaurants from which to choose. It is a really pleasant “up
market” area where you can relax and watch the world go by and as it is
virtually closed to traffic, it is very safe for children
