Golf Swing Practise Exercises No3.Lost Ball!
Eyes Closed - A Free Golf Swing Tip

Another great free golf swing tip in the quest for improved golf shots is to try hitting shots with your eyes closed.

Obviously this is best done on the practise ground or driving range, as on the course it could prove costly with lost balls.

First try a few practise swings to get a feel of what your body is doing during the swing. You will be amazed at how unstable the swing feels. The head and body seem to roll all over the place. Eventually you will be able to clearly feel the club head rotate around your body, almost as if someone is holding your head still whilst you swing.

Now you should be ready to hit shots. Don’t be too ambitious; try hitting first with middle to short iron, remember to keep your eyes closed until after impact. Soon you will be making good contact and striking the ball solidly.

Practising this free golf swing tip exercise will make you realise just how steady your head remains as the body, arms and hands swing in unison during the backswing and downswing. Take that feeling out on to the course and you will see a real improvement in your ball striking.
