Golf Lessons - Golf Swing Practise Exercises
Time spent on the practise ground improving the swing must be constructive. With whatever good intentions they have at the beginning, higher handicap golfers often find that practise only makes their golf shots become more erratic and they finish up even more frustrated than when they began.
It is important to have clear intentions when going to the practise ground. Hitting hundreds of balls aimlessly, in the hope of improvement could wreck confidence particularly if you hit balls too quickly. Take time between each shot. Look for quality not quantity. Far better to hit less shots, but hit them better.
Good golf instruction from your coach can offer a clear direction to follow. But if deciding to practise with your own ideas, or simply practising to keep the swing in tune, it is vital to have some ball hitting exercises that actually work, to fall back on if things go wrong.
Poor co ordination is the main cause of ball “miss hitting" for many golfers. Simple, clear practise can help restore good timing to the golf swing and gain control back over your shot making
These tried and tested golf swing practice exercises have been most beneficial in helping golfers to hit the ball better.
