Golf Swing Practise Exercises No 4.
Swing to your shadow

On a sunny day, a simple golf swing training method to check if you are keeping your head still.

Without realising, our swing can often have too much lateral movement, resulting with the head moving about too much.

If the sun is shinning, a really good way to check out your swing is to stand with the sun behind you. Concentrate the shadow of your head to an object on the ground and take a practise swing.

You will immediately be able to see if your head is swinging out of line, by watching if your shadow moves away from the chosen object. If it does, then after a few minutes golf swing training, practising correctly you will be able to keep your head perfectly central once more.
