 If you haven’t been aware of Vale Hotel Golf and Spa Resort, then pay attention please. The results its club members have achieved in tournaments across the UK this past season are truly fantastic.
Every section, competing at different levels, was victorious: the first and second teams, the ladies first team, the junior team, Halletts and Wayfarers handicap teams all winning their respective leagues.
The top quality coaching at the Vale Golf Academy has borne fruit and makes it one of the finest teaching establishments in the UK with facilities par excellence.
 Congratulations must go to Clive Coombs, Head Professional pictured on the left and Operations Manager (Golf) at Vale Hotel, Golf and Spa Resort. Success starts at the top and great coaching has been accompanied by the inspiration to win, along with a great team spirit and lots and lots of hard work.
The development of young players is of paramount importance for the future of golf and I wouldn’t be surprised to see some of the junior members making it to the big time with the sort of encouragement that success brings. Well done to Vale Hotel Golf Spa and all the club members for their wonderful achievement and I look forward to seeing them match this year’s victories in the coming season.
